Participant Criteria:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Can sign Consent for themselves or have a guardian sign on their behalf
• English Speaker
• Able to use a computer to attend the online workshops (assistance available if needed)
• Self-identify with a disability/chronic health conditions and live in a rural area of New Mexico
