NEW VISTAS BOARD IS RECRUITING FOR NEW MEMBERS!
New Vistas is currently recruiting new for members to serve as part of the agency’s board. Our board members are volunteers who participate in organizational strategic planning, provide input into the growth and development of agency programs, and ensure that the independent living philosophy is kept at the forefront of all service and fiscal decisions.

Since New Vistas is a Center for Independent Living, we require that a majority of our board members be persons with disabilities, and our current openings are for individuals with disabilities specifically. And, anyone residing in Santa Fe, San Miguel, Mora, Rio Arriba, Los Alamos, Taos, Harding, Colfax or Union counties is eligible to serve as part of the board!

Meetings are held virtually once per month, with occasional opportunities for in person meetings for strategic planning and/or agency celebrations.

Names will then be shared with the board offices, who will reach out to provide more information.
